By accessing or using BounceCredits ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. About BounceCredits

BounceCredits provides a closed-loop digital credit system enabling users to purchase and redeem prepaid digital usage rights ("Bounce Credits") within approved partner environments.

2.1 Nature of Bounce Credits

Bounce Credits:

are not fiat currency
are not electronic money (e-money)
are not crypto-assets under MiCA
do not represent stored monetary value
are not redeemable for fiat
are non-transferable between users
are non-refundable, except where required by law

They function solely as prepaid service access rights.

3. Regulatory Position

Bounce Credits:

does not provide payment services under PSD2
does not issue e-money
does not operate as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under MiCA
does not hold or custody user funds

All fiat payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers (PSPs).

4. Eligibility

You must:

bank card details
bank account information
fiat balances

5. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

create an account
verify your email (OTP)
set authentication credentials

You are responsible for:

maintaining confidentiality of your account
all activity under your account

6. Purchase of Bounce Credits

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are handled by third-party PSPs
BounceCredits does not process or store fiat funds
PSP terms apply separately

6.2 Credit Issuance

Bounce Credits are issued only after:

successful confirmation from the PSP
internal validation

Credits may be temporarily marked as:

processing
completed
failed

7. Use of Bounce Credits

7.1 Permitted Use

Credits may be used:

only within the BounceCredits ecosystem
only with approved merchants
only via official widget/redirect flows

7.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

transfer credits to other users
exchange credits for fiat
resell credits
use credits outside authorized flows
attempt to bypass system controls
